As a continuation from my open letter, here’s my actual plan of action (which is not final) for the project:

Timeline: (currently a total of 6 weeks)
- Project Incubation estimate: 3 weeks.
- Furnishing and Testing: 2 weeks.
- Finalization and Publishing: 1 week.
Task by priority order, progress and list of volunteers:
- Q&A technical design (such as subject list, categorization and leveling standards).
- Technical development for the Web-based Q&A engine.
- Q&A content fill up. (the hard part)
- Q&A presentation design for effective delivery.
- Look for, research, and inquire to and about advertisement networks. (including payment options)
- Layout design and conceptualization. (including screen flow)
- Brainstorm and planning for other website features and content. (such as write-ups, RockEd ads)
- Prototyping on answer-based learning methodologies other than multiple choice Q&A. (color books maybe?)
