Plan of Action for Project Idea

As a continuation from my open letter, here’s my actual plan of action (which is not final) for the project:

Timeline: (currently a total of 6 weeks)

1. Project Incubation estimate: 3 weeks.
2. Furnishing and Testing: 2 weeks.
3. Finalization and Publishing: 1 week.

Task by priority order, progress and list of volunteers:

1. Q&A technical design (such as subject list, categorization and leveling standards).
2. Technical development for the Web-based Q&A engine.
3. Q&A content fill up. (the hard part)
4. Q&A presentation design for effective delivery.
5. Look for, research, and inquire to and about advertisement networks. (including payment options)
6. Layout design and conceptualization. (including screen flow)
7. Brainstorm and planning for other website features and content. (such as write-ups, RockEd ads)
8. Prototyping on answer-based learning methodologies other than multiple choice Q&A. (color books maybe?)
